Important Notice: By accessing, registering an account with, or using any service provided by Kings PH (accessible at kingsph.co), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Kings PH reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 1
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Kings PH ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Kings PH online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, services, features, content, and payment facilities offered thereon.
By completing the Kings PH account registration process, by accessing any game or betting product on the Platform, or by making a deposit or withdrawal through any accepted payment method, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms in full;
- You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms;
- You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 below;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
Section 2
Eligibility
Access to and use of the Kings PH platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines under applicable PAGCOR regulations. Kings PH strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity documents to verify age as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures.
- Jurisdiction. You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using Kings PH is lawful in your location before doing so.
- Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into these Terms.
- Not a Prohibited Person. You must not be a person who has been excluded from gambling activities, whether through a self-exclusion program, a third-party exclusion order, or any regulatory prohibition.
- Single Account. You must not already hold an active Kings PH account. Only one account per person is permitted.
Underage Gambling: It is a serious offense to allow a person under 21 years of age to engage in gambling activities on Kings PH. Any account found to have been opened by or used by a person under the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
Section 3
Account Registration
To access wagering services on Kings PH, you are required to create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
- One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one Kings PH account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
- Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kings PH login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Kings PH will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify Kings PH support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Account Ownership. Your Kings PH account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account, account balance, or any entitlements derived from your account to any third party.
- Currency. All Kings PH accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All deposits, game balances, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.
Section 4
Identity Verification (KYC)
Kings PH operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification procedures. You agree to cooperate fully with Kings PH's KYC process, including providing the following documentation upon request:
- A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or SSS ID);
- Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certification, issued within the past three months);
- Source of funds documentation, where required by applicable regulations or where the volume of transactions warrants enhanced due diligence.
KYC verification is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Kings PH reserves the right to suspend access to withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request from Kings PH may result in account restriction or termination.
KYC is a regulatory requirement, not a discretionary policy. It exists to protect players from fraud, to prevent money laundering, and to ensure that platform funds are distributed only to their rightful owners. Kings PH treats all identity documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Section 5
Deposits and Payment Methods
Kings PH accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at the Platform's discretion.
- Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso 100 (₱100), unless a specific promotional offer states otherwise.
- Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within the same banking business day, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant institution.
- Deposit Limits. Kings PH reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the account, payment method, or platform level. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through their account's Responsible Gaming settings.
- Own Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your Kings PH account are derived from legitimate sources and are owned by you personally. The use of funds belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- No Credit. Kings PH does not offer credit facilities of any kind. You may only wager funds that are available in your deposited account balance.
- Deposit Fees. Kings PH does not currently charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose separate transaction fees for which Kings PH bears no responsibility.
Section 6
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of available account balances subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso 200 (₱200).
- Verification Requirement. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to Kings PH's satisfaction.
- Same Method Principle. Where practicable, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit. Kings PH reserves the right to require additional verification where withdrawal to a different payment method is requested.
- Bonus Balance. Any portion of your account balance that consists of active bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements is not available for withdrawal until the relevant requirements have been fulfilled.
- Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Kings PH within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically credited within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days.
- Reversal. Withdrawal requests may be reversed to the player's account balance prior to processing. Once a withdrawal has been approved and submitted to the payment provider, it cannot be reversed.

Section 7
Bonuses and Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details.
- Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Kings PH reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting bonuses to players who have not previously claimed a particular type of offer.
- Abuse. Kings PH actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
- Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account balance.
- Kings PH Right to Amend. Kings PH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Section 8
Wagering Rules
The following general wagering rules apply across all game categories on Kings PH. Specific game rules are displayed within each game interface and form part of these Terms:
- Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including technical malfunctions, clear errors in odds or game settings, or events outside Kings PH's reasonable control. Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance.
- Erroneous Odds. In the context of sports betting, odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error — will not be honored. Kings PH reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
- Bet Acceptance. Kings PH reserves the right to decline or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including where a player is suspected of exploiting pricing errors or using automated betting systems.
- Integrity. Any bet placed on a sporting event whose outcome Kings PH has reason to believe has been manipulated or subject to match-fixing activity will be voided. Kings PH cooperates with relevant sporting and regulatory authorities on integrity matters.
- Maximum Payout. Individual game categories and specific titles may be subject to maximum single-transaction payout limits. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface.
Section 9
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Kings PH platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal or regulatory authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one Kings PH account;
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
- Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party;
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or bet manipulation;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
- Attempting to launder funds or otherwise use the Platform for any illegal financial activity;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Kings PH staff or other players via any communication channel;
- Using the Platform if you are a Kings PH employee, director, officer, or a family member of any such person.
Section 10
Account Suspension and Termination
Kings PH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice where:
- A player has engaged in any conduct described in Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct);
- A player fails to satisfy or complete KYC verification requirements;
- Kings PH has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct;
- A regulatory authority directs Kings PH to restrict or close the account;
- A player is found to be below the minimum age of 21 years;
- A player requests self-exclusion through the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools.
Where an account is terminated for cause, Kings PH reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where it is determined that prohibited conduct occurred, any balances attributable to such conduct may be permanently forfeited. Where an account is closed and no prohibited conduct is identified, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player via a payment method of Kings PH's choosing within a reasonable period.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Kings PH account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
Section 11
Responsible Gaming
Kings PH is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players from within the Account Settings section:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits may be set and adjusted by the player. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period, after which wagering activity will be suspended until the limit period resets.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders that appear after a defined period of continuous play, prompting them to take a break.

- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or on a permanent basis. Section 12
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kings PH excludes all liability for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
- Any loss arising from interruption of service, platform maintenance, or technical malfunction outside Kings PH's reasonable control;
- Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a player's account where such access was facilitated by the player's own failure to maintain credential security;
- Any loss arising from the player's reliance on incorrect game information displayed due to a technical fault, provided Kings PH acts promptly to correct and remediate such fault.
Nothing in these Terms limits Kings PH's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence. Kings PH's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their Kings PH account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Section 13
Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and other materials forming part of the Kings PH platform are the exclusive property of Kings PH or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Kings PH content or platform element without prior written authorization from Kings PH. Any unauthorized use of Kings PH intellectual property constitutes a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
Section 14
Privacy and Data Protection
Kings PH collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between you and Kings PH.
By registering an account with Kings PH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of such data for identity verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement purposes.
Section 15
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
In the event of a dispute arising from your use of Kings PH, you are encouraged to contact the Kings PH support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Kings PH will acknowledge all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and will provide a substantive response within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt. Complaints may be submitted via email to the support address listed in Section 17.
Section 16
Amendments to These Terms
Kings PH reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of the Kings PH platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
The current version of these Terms is identified by the version number and effective date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions are available upon request from the Kings PH support team.
